The “Bread List” is my list of people who order bread or bagels. Some people order pretty regularly; some order only occasionally. Some order several loaves at a time; some order only a couple of bagels. So long as a person orders something every so often, I leave their email address on the Bread List.
Each week that I am baking, I send out a brief message to the Bread List reminding folks to get their order in by noon Wednesday if they want bread/bagels that week. Then, I bake what has been ordered. Sometimes I bake extra loaves, but not often.
If someone wants to try the bakery, they need to send an email to ag.burnside@gmail.com and let me know. I will likely urge them to check out this blog to get the scoop on how to order, etc.
